RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return your purchase without justification. Write to us at info@tildadeco.com with your order number.
CONDITIONS
— Product in original condition, unused, with intact packaging and labels.
— Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
— Refund within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and verifying the product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please write to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost.
EXCEPTIONS
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Art. 103 RDL 1/2007).
